1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is A. Persici Filho Consultoria Empresarial Ltda., registered under CNPJ No. 29.359.802/0001-74, headquartered in São Paulo/SP ("Persici Consulting"). For any privacy matter, including to reach the data protection officer, write to contato@persiciconsulting.com with the subject "Privacy".

2. What data we collect

• When you get in touch: when you write to us by e-mail, we process the data you send, such as name, e-mail, company, job title and the content of your message.
• Technical data: access logs (IP address, date and time, browser type), kept by the hosting provider.
• Cookies: the site uses only features essential to its operation. We do not use advertising cookies. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

This site has no data collection forms. We do not ask for sensitive personal data. We ask that you not include it in your messages.

3. What we use the data for and the legal basis

• Replying to your contact message: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
• Sending content and commercial communications: only with your consent (art. 7, I), revocable at any time.
• Complying with legal obligations and exercising rights: art. 7, II and VI.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that operate the site on our behalf (hosting and e-mail), under contract and only for the purposes above.
• Persici Consulting's specialist partners, only when necessary to handle a request from you and under a duty of confidentiality.
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a valid order.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfer

Some service providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases, we adopt the safeguards provided for in the LGPD for international transfers.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact data: for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
• Access logs: for the period required by law.
• Anonymized data may be kept indefinitely.

7. Your rights

At any time, you may: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct it; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; request portability; find out who we share it with; revoke consent; and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to contato@persiciconsulting.com. We reply within 15 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as restricted access control and encrypted communication. If a security incident occurs that may cause relevant risk or harm, we will notify the data subjects and the ANPD, as required by law.

9. Children and adolescents

The site is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page. Relevant changes will be communicated through the available channels.
